10 - Pastor. Four Movements

A cinematic portrait of Krzysztof Pastor – Polish dancer and choreographer extraordinaire, representative of the Dutch School of Ballet. The documentary was filmed over four weeks of rehearsals and offers a glimpse into the life of a choreographer at work. Behind-the-scenes footage of daily dance practice, conversations and dreams come together in a unique exploration of Pastor’s work but also of ballet itself, presented from a perspective otherwise rarely available to the audience.
