80 - Marvelous, a Musical Opera: an Opera-Film

Based on "The Marvelous Land of Oz", by L. Frank Baum. Tip, a farm boy raised by the wicked witch Mombi, flees with the magical Powder of Life and Truth and his creation Jack Pumpkinhead. Haunted by visions of a girl in a white dress and pursued amid a war with the Nome King, he learns that he is the enchanted Princess Ozma, rightful ruler of Oz. Restored to her true form by the magical powder, Ozma must reconcile the memories of Tip with her new life and identity as Queen of Oz.
