Anja Stabell

Anja Stabell has built a career in television as a multi-camera director, specializing in entertainment and classical music broadcasts.
Her range of work includes productions of classical concerts, opera, ballet, pop/rock productions and large-scale entertainment productions, such as the national selections for the Eurovision Song Contest in Norway (Melodi Grand Prix).

Anja began her television career at a young age, being part of a group of youth presenters for NRK's youth program Midt i Smørøyet, before earning a bachelor's degree in multi-camera directing and working for several production companies.

With over 13 years of experience at Norway's public broadcaster, NRK, she has gained significant expertise in delivering television content across diverse genres.

Since 2023, Anja has served as a project manager/producer in NRK's Culture Department, primarily focusing on classical music productions. She oversees in-house productions and manages acquisitions of classical music content, both domestically and internationally.
