During the panel session a range of speakers including broadcasters, producers, artists and format distributors will discuss ways in which classical music can be integrated into broadcasters’ entertainment offers, in order to reach wider audiences. What events and formats have been successful in cutting through and bringing new, large audiences to classical music? Is ‘classical music’ still a useful frame, or does this approach require a new scope?
