Katharina Jeschke is an international expert in arts and media management, specialising in the strategic development of projects across culture, media, innovation and social impact. Her professional career spans senior leadership roles in international cultural networks, digital innovation in the audiovisual sector, and large-scale cultural initiatives across Europe.
She is the former Secretary General of the IMZ – International Music + Media Centre, where she led international strategies and networks, provided strategic and organisational leadership, and oversaw fundraising and international advocacy. She was also actively involved in the curatorial development of international conferences, industry events and film festivals.
Katharina regularly serves as an expert for international juries, advisory boards and industry platforms, is known for building bridges across sectors, and works as a mentor and advisor for emerging leaders in creative fields.
As Founder and Managing Director of ARTS.MEDIA.IMPACT., she makes her extensive international expertise available to cultural institutions, foundations, EU programmes, broadcasters, festivals and companies, supporting them in developing innovative and collaborative projects, including cross-sector partnerships and sponsorship strategies – with a particular focus on social impact and long-term cultural value creation.
