The Song of the Songs (Dainų dainelė) contest is a huge legend in Lithuania and probably the only one of its kind in the world. During its 50-year history, the contest has produced hundreds of great Lithuanian singers. This documentary pays tribute to the music teachers from different cities and towns around Lithuania. A lot of archive footage recalls the childhood performances of today's stars: Eurovision finalists Monika Liu and Monika Linkytė, conductor Mirga Gražinytė-Tyla and others.
