36 - The Dying Swans Project

To give 64 international artists from the fields of dance, choreography, music and film a new perspective in times of pandemic lockdown was the aim of Eric Gauthier, Artistic Director of Gauthier Dance//Dance Company Theaterhaus Stuttgart. His mission: 16 choreographers create individual dance solos for 16 members of the company. Furthermore, 16 new compositions for the pieces as well as the cinematic realization – in Stuttgart or via Zoom in exchange with actors in Canada, Israel or Greece.
