How do you go about trying to talk about the untalkable? When choreographer Alexander Ekman was asked to make a piece about the Holocaust, he was faced with a set of questions that were almost unsolvable. In close collaboration with literary manager Carina Nildalen and composer Mikael Karlsson, a visual artwork with five actors and dancers was created and premiered at Artipelag Art Gallery. “I almost lost my faith in humanity during the process. But then something promising happened”, says Ekman.
