This documentary on the most prominent Czech composers of contemporary music shows the specificities of their work, their artistic ambitions, and the possibilities of presenting their works. Miroslav Srnka reflects on what he finds most satisfying as a composer and how he works with sounds that have never been heard before. Michal Rataj presents the premiere performance of his piano concerto MOVIS at the Prague Spring Festival, Eliška Cílková with String Quartet No. 4, and Duo Palagrachio takes the audience through their ‘free-flowing concertos’.
