In the spectacular setting of the Romanesque basilica St. Sernin in Toulouse, Kazuki Yamada conducts Gabriel Faurés peaceful Requiem and has invited a Franco-Japanese line-up including soprano Maki Mori, baritone Florian Sempey and the Tokyo Philharmonic Choir. Further highlights of this concert are Debussy's charming 'Petite Suite' and the world premiere of 'Towards the Light' a new work composed by Thierry Escaich.
