Directed by Martin Vogg, this timely documentary starting from the 19th century goes deep into the history of Vienna’s sixth district. Close to the town center, a neighborhood association founded and built its own local theatre in just one year – in 1893: the Raimund Theatre. Now fully renovated in 2021, it maintains its long tradition of top-class acts and productions. As one of VBW's theatres the Raimund Theater is a permanent and important contribution to Vienna’s vast cultural landscape.
