71 - Marina Abramović – The Art of Listening

Tenacity and persistence – these are the two cornerstones of the works by Marina Abramović. For the first time, the unabashed artist will prepare an audience with her method for long-duration performances. Over the course of a little more than a week, 2.000 people visit especially designed workshops to be prepared, become more aware and fine-tune their ears to better experience a concert in the Alte Oper Frankfurt. The film The Art of Listening bears witness to this special project.
