Maria Sid, an actress and director from Finland, took office as head of the largest theatre house in Northern Europe in 2019. At the time, the #MeToo movement had just happened, and the COVID-19 pandemic was about to become reality. The theatre was facing renovations, and incomes were falling short. This documentary takes us behind the scenes, following the new theatre director on her quest for the greatest plays, a full house, as well as developing and maintaining her own leadership.
