Yodeling has long been ridiculed and misconceived as a music genre that only occurs in bierstuben in Alp countries. The Soul of Yodeling presents a different story. In a film full of great and soulful music we learn that yodeling isn’t a genre but a voice technique that is being used all over the world, in different cultures and in various contexts.
