Tine Thing Helseth is undoubtedly one of the world's foremost trumpet soloists today. Two years ago, she received the shocking message that she had serious cancer. After tough treatment, she is now cancer-free and healthy. Playing the trumpet is to a great extent a physical challenge. Large lung capacity and power are necessary, and the big question was whether Tine would be able to return to the position she held as one of the world's leading soloists on her instrument.
