Mario Cavaradossi loves the opera singer Tosca. One day he has to help Angelotti, a political haunted. Scarpia, the wicked chief of police, can only arrest Cavaradossi. Scarpia knows about the relationship between Tosca and Cavaradossi and tortures Cavaradossi until Tosca reveals Angelotti’s hiding-place. Scarpia orders Cavaradossi’s execution unless Tosca gives herself to him. Tosca pretends to agree but stabs Scarpia before he can catch her. But Cavaradossis is executed. Scarpia tricked Tosca.
