14 - The Turn of the Screw

A film of the opera The Turn of the Screw by Benjamin Britten with libretto by Myfanwy Piper after a short story by Henry James. A young governess arrives at an old country house to look after two orphans who live alone with their housekeeper. A chilling tale unfolds as she experiences strange encounters with the ghosts of the previous valet and governess. She soon finds herself engaged in a desperate battle to save the souls of the children and to protect them from evil.
