Accreditation for the festival (film industry)

Czech Television, of registered office Kavčí hory, 140 70 Prague 4, Company Reg. No. 00027383, as the organiser of the International Festival Golden Prague, will process the personal data provided on the registration form in accordance with Art. 6 (1) b), c) and f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ("GDPR") for the purposes of providing services in connection with attendance of the International Festival Golden Prague and fulfilling the obligations laid down by the legal regulations for the period absolutely necessary, to a maximum of five years from registration.
